This message is for ‘Saved/Born Again Believers.’
God tells us to keep on praying.
“Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17).
He also says, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14).
Our world is in great turmoil and while God is all powerful he has created and blessed his people to be an intricate part of his kingdom and has placed a huge responsibility in our hands to fulfill his plans for all people, the world, and his plans for eternity. Our world is in great turmoil and while God is all powerful he has created and blessed his people to be an intricate part of his kingdom and has placed a huge responsibility in our hands to fulfill his plans for all people, the world, and his plans for eternity. The final state of the world (humankind) for eternity will be largely determined by the prayers of God’s people.
So many of our brothers and sisters have lived expecting Christ to return while they were alive in this world but it didn’t happen. We too are expecting Jesus to return during our lifetime. With all of the things going on in this world today I really believe that he is going to return very soon.
The Bible says, “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26 Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. 27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh” (Luke 21:25-28). https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke%2021&version=KJV
Dear God, we fast and pray that you would raise up an army of prayer warriors such as the world has never known that will commit to praying/interceding for your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).
Father, please heal your body (the Church), remove gossip, alternate lifestyles of every kind, lying, stealing, the love of money, and everything that you are opposed to from the midst of us, please bless all sinners to be saved and baptized in your Holy Spirit and with fire, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
For those who have not committed to praying so far please begin to set a goal of praying for at least an hour a day. For those of us who have made it a habit of interceding please make an even deeper commitment to pray.
While we can and should pray throughout each day we also have to make special, secret, private times of being alone with God (without interruptions) as we pray according to his will.
It is so important but we begin to pray each day early before we leave the house, before getting the children off to school, before having coffee, before, before, before …
Regarding Jesus, “And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed” (Mark 1:35).
Father, please bless everyone to know Jesus and be ready for the rapture which is so close at hand. We don’t know the exact time of Jesus’ return but the signs of his return have increased. The world is in such turmoil but we pray and have his peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7; John 14:27;).
PLEASE PRAY!
I LOVE ALL OF YOU!
P. S. Please turn off your cell phone, tablet, computer, and all other distractions, including all the thoughts and worries competing for your mind and attention. Use all your heart, soul, mind, and strength in concerted effort to focus your complete attention on God as you pray. As you begin and continue to rely on God’s help and presence you will see how God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are there with you helping you to pray. He will manifest Himself to you and you will see victorious results. God bless you Child of God!
Jesus, “Himself often withdrew into the wilderness and prayed” (Luke 5:16 NKJV).
